If the statement is false or defamatory, a business can pursue legal action against the reviewer for posting intentionally misleading or negative reviews.

Even if an individual posts information that is partially true and partially false, he or she can be found liable for defamation. For example, a person may claim that an individual was fired for harassment.

No students, Staff, Graduate, Employee, or ex-employee of Connecticut Nail School shall post, write, send, receive, text, publicize, bash, or speak anything Negative about Connecticut Nail School, or Connecticut Nail School LLC or anyone associated with past present of future of Connecticut Nail School and its subsidiaries.

If found to be true, you will be turned over to the Wallingford Police Department, if found guilty, may be subject to an arrest, fine or imprisonment pending on a court or trial outcome. We ask that you keep all negative comments to yourself and refrain from bashing or talking negatively about Connecticut Nail School, or Connecticut Nail School LLC.
